The 420TX01-001 provides conversion of sensor data in the form of current or voltage into a clean and noise tolerant 4-20mA loop signal. The device may be used with either 2, 3 or 4 wire RTDs and ICTD sensor types. Loop voltage may be as high as 30V and power input is transient protected and polarity free, making installation a snap. Calibration is performed using on-board adjustments for ZERO and SPAN. Two additional adjustments are provided for improved linearity in wide range applications. Linearity can be improved up to 40:1. The transmitter can be ordered pre-calibrated to your sensor and specifications.
